Tokusatsu in review: Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger part 4

Zyuranger ends with Burai’s Sendoff, Bandora son reviving from the dead, and a battle of gods…that ends really, really anticlimactically.

  2. With regards to Shirakura and Yonemura, I get the feeling that Yonemura still is just as bad as he's been made out to be (given his own inconsistency with a character that he wrote, being Yaguruma as KickHopper in All Riders, who I must reiterate is not a psychopath who'd willing ally himself with an actual one like Ohja, or a card-carrying villain group like Dai-Shocker for the...hell of it. He and Kageyama are just angry and resentful, but it could be argued that their insanity improved their morality and empathy).

Shirakura's just that much worse by virtue of having that exact mindset, being of "all flash and substance be damned coz kids are not stupid" to let the inconsistencies of Yonemura run wild without a leash. Inoue has SOMETHING resembling restraint, at least, but that's not saying much.

  3. So is this just a one off thing or can we expect Dairanger/MMPRS2 and Kakuranger/MMPRS3 reviews to follow after you're done with Season 1 (or do you plan on going even further than that?)
