.Hack//Retrospective: .Hack//G.U. Reminisce part 5 by ShintaReviews

  1. Awesome review! Did I mention that I fell in love with the .Hack series and I want a HD remake on Steam? The series is awesome. I know its too late to address it but I think that .Hack//GU is one big redemption story, every main character has at least made one sin or mistake that either made everyone around him or her suffer, or suffer themselves, the characters would then go through difficult trials not alone, but together to redeem themselves for whatever mistakes they have done. I love that, and me myself has also suffer this and still is, but I still keep on living and try my best to contribute whatever I can for the things and people I cherish.

On the topic of animes that have MC with depression, many people hated Shinji in Evangalion is not only because he does not "man up", but he doesn't "man up" through the whole series which leads to things go from bad to worst, especially the end. For Gundam Seed I can understand what Kira has gone through, but for Destiny, I sympathize with Shin at first, but as the series goes, I wanted him dead ever since he became just a blind follower, oh and Destiny sucks!

I also love Digimon Tamers, and I really hope Toei doesn't screw up the new Digimon Adventures anime just like they did with Sailormoon Crystal and Happiness Charge Precure.
